My boyfriend called my small?

He told me he didn't want to upset me and that they're not that big. I'm 15 and a 34c but they look more like b's. I told him that if he truly likes me he'll appreciate me whether they're big or small. He hasnt replied. What does this mean? I feel insecure... was he being sweet by trying to be nice about it or is he a jerk?
