What NON-BORING things to do when bored?

Okay so I'm not the first one to be bored in the summer. I am NOT LOOKING TO BE READING OR CLEANING MY ROOM OR WHATEVER. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT WRITING THAT KIND OF STUFF. PLEASE. I want to do actually fun stuff like design websites or do something productive. And by that, I don't mean I am looking to open up a lemonade stand, okay? This is REAL LIFE, not some Martha Stewart-happy-fun-time junk, CLEAR? I already watched evreything there is to watch on TV, I don't like spending time watching cat videos. I do however like artsy things and building realy cool stuff (recyling arts idea, maybe?) and makin things on the comuter (websites, microsoft files, etc.) Stir up some brain juice and help me out people! Oh and it has to be free and in-house. Thanks in advance!
