How do i sneak out of my house?

i want to sneak out of my house for a couple of hours, but im faced with a couple problems... first my window is like 5 feet off from the floor, and it would be akward and possibly loud to get up there because the windows pretty skinny, like 14 inches by 3 feet approx. theres also a 6 ft drop to the ground outside. once i get out i hav a problem gettin bak in since i dont hav much arm strength to pull myself bak up and through. i would try the doors, but 2 outta 3 doors hav alarms. two stik, and another two have loud 2nd doors... plus my house is pretty old and its pretty hard to sneak around cause its really creaky and loud. on top of all that my mom takes naps during the day and stays up util like 2 or 3 unless shes doin somethin else. anyone hav any tips on how to quietly get up and out of my window and then bak in. also any other helpful tips like how to be silent and other stuff that would help me not to b caught. and please no comments like 'u shouldnt b sneaking out cuz its bad' or anything like that. thanx :D
