My Sweet 16 Party <3?

ok. i am starting to plan my sweet 16. i need some opinions from people i dont know. i was thinking to either go to hershey park with a few friends, and spending the weekend there. (taking a limo up there from thursday to monday- in the summer of course) or should i have a formal party. thanks for the help!!!
