I'm 13 and feel like a fail?

So I'm 13 going into 9th grade and I feel like a fail compared to everyone else. I'm probably one of the dumbest (academically) in my grade. I don't really excel in any sport because I'm undermined by the success of all the rich kids that go to my school (private school). who have the money to take tons of cles to improve. Since im new to the school the kids there already have friends from other private schools and thus I cant make friends because their friendships are already established. I feel like I'll get into a sucky college because of all of this. Any suggestions?
