Are my lights sufficiant for my tank - Which is UVA and UVB?

i bought the Deluxe Aquatic Turtle Kit. Aquatic Turtle Kit .. it came with a heat light (looks like a regular bulb painted blue :S) and a curly white lamp i guess used for daylight.. i dont know which is UVA and UVB .. b4 buying this i went to pj's pets and bought a exo terra 150w neodymium baskin lamp.. is it too high for my infant turtle? is it the right basking lamp? or should i leave good enough alone with the incondesent one a href="http://www.zilla-rules.com/products/deluxe-aquatic-turtle-kit.htm" rel="nofollow"http://www.zilla-rules.com/products/delu…/a thats a link showing the tank and what comes with it .. any suggestions on how to make Michaelangelo live a long healthy life would b appreciated ( ya.. thats right.. michaelangelo.. the best ninja turtle of them all lol)
