Judy Finnegan has Parkinson's????

My mom told me that Judy Finnegan has Parkinson's Disease. Is it true? I can't find anything on the net about it. She has looked like shes shaking for years and I recall them having a chap on their show with a device that costs �1000 and it stops the shaking, they were really interested. Does anyone know??
