Help!! I need advice reall bad, no one answered my question =(?

Me and my boyfriend been going out for a month now but we have been involve with each others for over three months. He has always tell me that we should spent more times together and we take this relationship further. I understand that he has work so is hard for him to spend time with me on the weekends but during lunch times at school he always leave to go outside with his friends instead of being with me. I seldom get to see him on odd days and when I do he just walk me to cl and give me hugs and kisses. He has told me before that he not a romantic type and he is not good at showing his feelings. I'm trying hard to makes this work by being sweet to him. I told him I like him a lot and he didn't say anything he just stand there holding me. We hung out yesterday I told him I wish we would last long he told me we will and say we should move on to the next step. Whenever I'm with him I don't want to be away from him but then I keep on thinking if he is not making any efforts to spent time together then why bother you know, so what am I suppose to do?
