Eventually you should tell him how you feel. Every now and then you should make subtle but simple hints, but don't go to far since he's in a relationship. And when you do tell him, if he doesn't want to break up with his bf, i doubt he'll be anything but nice. You've painted a pretty picture of him. let's hope he deserves it. :D good luck.
