Will these motherboards work?

i have a Diablo ATX Mid-Tower Case that was given to me, i was wondering if my dell dimension 8200 motherboard would fit in it or my dell optiplex gx280 motherboard? will either of those fit? really wanting to get this case filled and running. so any help is appreciated, thanks
