Synonym for Impressiveness to Describe a Historical Event?

I'm trying to talk about how impressive the Apollo missions were (don't try to tell me they were fake. I know people think that, and I don't care). I need a synonym for "impressiveness" because that doesn't sound like a word. But not "grandeur" or anything like that, I mean something that illustrates how hard they were.
