Is there anyway to make my family less anoying?

Everyday, things they say pisses me off to the brink where I'm about to kill people (No exaggeration) And its not even what they say, its the way they say it, Its been this way for quite a long time now and I don't feel I can be around them much longer, I'm 16 and planning on moving out with a freind when I'm 18, I try to get along with them anyways, but its dam near impossible
