I need help getting organized and i only have a day and half..

ok i have a horrible messy room...it is a disaster...and i have no motivation to clean it and when i do...i only get about half of it cleaned....then it just starts over...plus about a 4 months ago i started painting my room...and i have about half of it done....i just keep putting things off..so i would like to clean and then paint it and i am off tommorrow....any ideas wat steps i should follow....or any advice about getting this huge project done??.....and i am really not lazy i just have a lot going on and it just gets worst and worst till i dont wnat to look at it ..lol
