I am 8 weeks pregnant, have the flu & a 102 fever. Am I going going to miscarry or harm the baby?

Im just terribly scared that I'm going to miscarry. I have had a strong immune system in the past, I get sick maybe once every 2 years. I cant lay on my back without coughing up a lung, my nose is congested, my eyes are tearing, my head is killing me, chest hurts, throat hurts, am so tired but cannot sleep, and have a running fever of 102 for the past 2 days. I also have a history of urinary tract infections and my lower left side in my back is giving me pain but I took one of those self kits and they said I was negative for one. What do I do? The soonest my doctor can see me is Friday and its Monday!
