Does anyone know the name of this country music video?

Well this music video was sang by a girl that had blonde hair. I have no idea what the song was or the name of the girl. The music video had this little girl that was outside and her parents left. She grabbed some toys like dolls and stuff and took off on her bike. She was leaving the toys at certain places so she could find her way back home.When she got to the place that she wanted to get to it was like gated and kinda like a circus. she got an ice cream and sat on a bench and watched a clown. When she left she followed her trail of toys picking them up as she got to each one. She finally got home and at that same time the car of her parents pulled up. and i think that was where it stopped. I remember seeing it on CMT on one of the top countdowns.I think some of the lyrics of the chorus had to do with breaking free or something like that but i'm not 100% sure. Please help I've been trying to find out what this song was cuz i loved it.
